The Family Forward Method is a five-step system I created to help growing families in Cambridge buy their next home and sell their current one at the same time. It walks you through the entire process from start to finish so you know exactly what to expect and nothing catches you off guard.
Here is what the five steps cover:
Step 1: Your Vision. We sit down and figure out what your family actually needs in your next home. Bedrooms, bathrooms, neighbourhood, schools, commute. All of it.
Step 2: Game Plan. We look at your finances, set a budget, and decide whether it makes more sense to buy first or sell first.
Step 3: Search and Find. We look at homes together, evaluate each one, and when we find the right one, I negotiate to get you the best price.
Step 4: Prepare and Sell. We get your current home ready for market with staging, professional photos, and a marketing plan designed to get you top dollar.
Step 5: Next Chapter. We close both deals, get you the keys, and make sure you are set up in your new home.
